Peptide Calculator
Calculate reconstitution concentration, sample volume, microlitre volume, and U-100 reference units from vial amount and solution volume.
Use the labelled vial amount, or enter the exact net peptide mass if supplied in your product notes.
Select a common reconstitution volume or enter the exact mL used.
Enter either mcg or mg. The matching unit updates from the same value.
Select the syringe capacity used for the U-100 visual reference.
Syringe draw reference
Use the same values above to see the matching U-100 unit position on a simple syringe scale.
Concentration is peptide mass divided by final solution volume. A 5 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL solution gives 2.5 mg/mL.
Sample volume is the target sample amount divided by concentration. This tool reports the same volume in mL, microlitres, and U-100 reference units.
All calculations are unit conversions only and are not medical, dosing, or administration guidance.
| mg | mcg | U-100 units at 1 mg/mL |
|---|---|---|
| 0.1 mg | 100 mcg | 10 units |
| 0.25 mg | 250 mcg | 25 units |
| 0.5 mg | 500 mcg | 50 units |
| 1 mg | 1000 mcg | 100 units |
1 mg = 1000 mcg | 1 mL = 100 units on a U-100 syringe | 1 mL = 1000 µL
| Vial | Solution | Concentration | 250 mcg sample |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 mg | 2 mL | 1 mg/mL | 25 units (U-100) |
| 5 mg | 5 mL | 1 mg/mL | 25 units (U-100) |
| 5 mg | 2 mL | 2.5 mg/mL | 10 units (U-100) |
| 10 mg | 2 mL | 5 mg/mL | 5 units (U-100) |
| 10 mg | 10 mL | 1 mg/mL | 25 units (U-100) |

BPC-157 / TB-500 blend reconstitution calculator – how to use it
This peptide calculator works out the concentration of a reconstituted vial so you can record how much peptide is present per millilitre and per unit of syringe volume. It works for single peptides and for blends: for a BPC-157 + TB-500 10mg blend (5mg + 5mg), enter the total peptide mass and the volume of bacteriostatic water added, then halve the result to get the amount of each component per unit. Enter the vial size (2mg, 5mg, 10mg), the diluent volume, and the calculator returns the concentration in mg/ml and mcg per unit. It is a reconstitution and concentration tool for laboratory record-keeping — it does not provide dosing recommendations, and all products on this site are for research use only.
