Who we are
PeptidesNextDay is a trading name of Dantix Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16710533). Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. Email: orders@peptidesnextday.co.uk.
Dantix Systems Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Questions about this policy can be sent to orders@peptidesnextday.co.uk.
What we collect
- Order and account details: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (optional), order history and account login.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Fena or by bank transfer. We do not see or store full card or bank login details.
- Communications: messages you send us through email or the contact form.
- Basket information: if you enter your email at checkout, we save your basket so we can send you a reminder about an unfinished order.
- Website usage: with your consent, information about how you use the site collected through cookies (see below).
- Referral information: if you use a partner’s discount code or arrive through their referral link, we record which partner referred your order so we can pay them commission. Partners can see the date, value and commission of orders they referred, but not your name or contact details.
- Affiliate programme: if you apply to become an affiliate, we hold your name, email address, username, coupon code, referral statistics, commission records and the bank details you give us for payments.
How and why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders (performance of a contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To send basket reminders and order-related emails, prevent fraud and improve our website (legitimate interests). You can opt out of reminder emails at any time using the link in the email.
- To measure website traffic and advertising performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads (consent, only if you accept analytics and marketing cookies).
- To run our affiliate programme, including crediting referred orders and paying commission (performance of a contract for affiliates; legitimate interests for customers who use a partner’s code or link).
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with service providers who act on our behalf: SiteGround (website hosting), Royal Mail (delivery), Fena (payments), Google (email hosting, analytics and advertising, where you have consented) and FunnelKit (order and basket emails, sent from our own website). We never sell your personal information.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum are in place.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting rules. Unfinished basket data is kept only as long as needed to send reminders. Account details are kept until you ask us to close your account.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the basket, checkout and your account. These are always on.
If you arrive through one of our affiliate partners’ referral links, we also store a referral cookie for 30 days. It remembers the partner’s discount code so the discount is applied to your basket and the partner is credited for your order. It is only set when you use a referral link, and you can delete it at any time through your browser settings.
With your permission we also use:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site.
- Marketing cookies (Google Ads) to measure the results of our adverts.
You choose whether to allow these when you first visit. You can change your choice at any time here: change cookie settings.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to be sent to another organisation. Email orders@peptidesnextday.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
