Sermorelin is a synthetic 29-amino acid analogue of the 44-residue hypothalamic GHRH, retaining full biological activity for GH secretagogue research. It is the biologically active N-terminal fragment of GHRH and is widely used to study somatotroph cell function and GH pulsatility.
Sermorelin: research context
- GHRH receptor binding and GH secretion research
- Somatotroph cell biology and pituitary function studies
- GH pulsatility and hypothalamic–pituitary axis research
- Comparative GHRH analogue pharmacology
Storage and handling of Sermorelin
