Returns & Refunds Policy

Changing or cancelling before dispatch

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If it has not been dispatched we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email orders@peptidesnextday.co.uk with your order number, then return the items to us within 14 days of telling us.

  • Items must be unopened, with seals intact. For health protection and hygiene reasons, vials and sealed products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • You pay the cost of returning the items unless they are faulty or incorrect.
  • We will refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof that you have sent them). Refunds are made by bank transfer or to the original payment method.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect, please email us with your order number and clear photos. Letting us know within 48 hours of delivery helps us resolve it with the courier quickly. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return address

Please email us before sending anything back and we will give you the return address for your order.

Non-Returnable Products: Due to the specialist nature of peptide compounds and the quality-control requirements of our supply chain, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
