We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Dispatch times

Orders placed and paid for by 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.

Tracking

We email you when your order is dispatched. Where your chosen service includes tracking, the tracking number is included in that email.

Packaging

Orders are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging.

Delays and missing parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch (or by the guaranteed time for Special Delivery), contact us with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
