1. About these terms
The PeptidesNextDay affiliate programme is run by Dantix Systems Ltd, trading as PeptidesNextDay, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16710533). Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. Email: orders@peptidesnextday.co.uk.
These terms apply to anyone who applies to or takes part in the programme (“you”). By applying, you confirm that you have read and accept them.
2. Joining the programme
- You must be 18 or over.
- We review every application and may accept or decline it without giving a reason.
- Only one affiliate account is allowed per person or business.
- You take part as an independent contractor. You are not our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot make promises or commitments on our behalf.
3. How it works
- Once accepted, you receive a personal discount code and referral link. Customers who use them get a discount on eligible orders (currently 10%).
- Affiliate codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, and only one affiliate code can be used per order.
- When someone clicks your referral link, a cookie is stored in their browser for 30 days so your code can be applied when they shop. Tracking depends on the customer’s browser and cookie choices, so we cannot guarantee every referral will be recorded.
- You can see referred orders, sales and commission in your affiliate dashboard. We do not share customers’ names or contact details with you.
4. Commission
- You earn 15% commission on the value of each order placed with your code or through your link, after discounts and excluding delivery charges and VAT.
- Commission is only earned on orders that are paid and completed. No commission is due on orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent. If commission has already been paid on such an order, we may deduct it from future payments.
- You cannot use your own code or link, and no commission is earned on orders placed by you or for you.
- We may change the commission rate or customer discount by giving you at least 14 days’ notice by email. Changes do not affect commission already earned.
5. Payment
- Commission is approved 30 days after the order is completed, to allow for returns and refunds.
- We pay approved commission monthly by bank transfer once your approved balance reaches £50. Lower balances roll over to the next month.
- You must give us accurate bank details. We are not responsible for payments lost because of incorrect details you supply.
- You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax and National Insurance due on your commission. If you are VAT registered, tell us before your first payment.
6. Promotion rules
All PeptidesNextDay products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not medicines, are not approved for human or veterinary use, and must not be administered to people or animals. Everything you publish about us must reflect this.
You must not:
- say, show or imply that any product is for human or animal use, including consumption, injection or self-administration;
- give, request or link to dosing, administration, cycling or stacking advice;
- make health, medical, weight-loss, muscle-building, performance, anti-ageing, healing, tanning or cosmetic claims about any product;
- share personal experiences, testimonials, or before-and-after images relating to the use of any product;
- describe any product as an alternative to, or the same as, a prescription medicine, or mention prescription medicine brand names when promoting us;
- make claims about purity, testing or certificates of analysis beyond what is stated on our website;
- direct your promotion at, or make it appealing to, anyone under 18;
- run paid adverts that mention PeptidesNextDay or link to our website, or bid on our name or similar terms in search ads, without our written approval;
- use our name or brand in domain names, social media handles or account names;
- post your code on voucher, coupon or cashback websites or browser extensions;
- send spam, including unsolicited emails, direct messages or comment spam;
- publish anything false, misleading, offensive or unlawful, or anything that breaks the rules of the platform you post on;
- present yourself as PeptidesNextDay or as a member of our staff, or deal with customer orders or complaints on our behalf.
Ad disclosure: you must clearly label every post, story, video, link or message that includes your code or link as advertising, for example with “#ad” or “Ad” placed upfront, in line with the CAP Code and ASA guidance for influencers.
If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us before you publish it. If we ask you to change or remove any content, you must do so within 48 hours.
7. Breaches
We check what affiliates publish. If you break these terms, we may, without notice, deactivate your code and link, withhold or cancel commission, and close your account. You agree to cover any losses, fines or costs we reasonably incur as a result of content you publish in breach of these terms.
8. Your information
We use the details you give us, such as your name, email address, payment details and referral performance, to run the programme and pay you. See our Privacy & Cookie Policy for more information.
9. Ending your participation
- You can leave the programme at any time by emailing us. We can end your participation at any time, or change or close the programme, by giving you at least 14 days’ notice by email.
- When your participation ends, your code and link stop working. Unless we ended it because you broke these terms, we will pay any approved commission at the next payment run, even if it is below £50.
10. Liability
We are not responsible for commission lost because of tracking failures, blocked or deleted cookies, customers not using your code, or technical problems. If you think a referral is missing, tell us within 30 days of the order and we will look into it. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will email you about significant changes. If you continue in the programme after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
