1. Who we are
PeptidesNextDay is a trading name of Dantix Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16710533). Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. Email: orders@peptidesnextday.co.uk.
These terms apply to every order placed on peptidesnextday.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.
2. Research use only
All products sold on this website are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not medicines, are not approved for human or veterinary use, and must not be administered to people or animals. We do not give medical, clinical, dosing or administration advice. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are buying for lawful research purposes.
We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe a product will not be used in line with these terms.
3. Ordering and contract
After you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not an acceptance. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order (for example, because an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error) we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept payment by Fena (instant bank payment) and bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the funds have cleared.
5. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery options, costs and cut-off times are set out on our Delivery Information page. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless you choose a guaranteed service. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us with your order number and photos. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
8. Product information
Product images are for illustration. We take care that listings are accurate, but information on this website is provided for general reference only and is not advice.
9. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by using a product contrary to these terms, including administration to people or animals. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
